Japandroids – Sovereignty

Ok, I know I just posted some Japandroids, but I’m listening to this right now and have realized it fits the criteria for this series, and I just can’t resist posting it pronto. This may be my favorite love song. Partially because it’s just great, and partially because it isn’t like, “HEY, I’M A LOVE SONG!” It took me a bit to realize it could even go by that moniker, just like actual first love. And it has a euphoric feel, so, you know. Anyway, it’s a good song for the road because it’s about running away with the perfect person (obviously).
